Minting Fee

A minting fee mechanism for minting index token / inverse index token pair is implemented. The fee is paid to the Volmex core multi-sig. The minting fee is currently set to 0.10% and can be updated by the core multi-sig.

Redemption Fee

A fee mechanism for redeeming an index token / inverse index token pair is implemented. The fee is paid to the Volmex core multi-sig. The redemption fee is currently set to 0.30% and can be updated by the core multi-sig.
